Merry Christmas!

Hey Everyone, Merry Christmas:

All of us at Conduits of Love send you a big Merry Christmas! Can you believe that Christmas is here? How I love to celebrate and cherish my Jesus’s birth, I realize that Christmas can be challenging when you are waiting for your heart’s desire. Or perhaps you are struggling with fertility issues. Then again, maybe you are an adoptive/surrogate parent preparing for an embryo donor transfer. Indeed, I hope you are realizing that your little one will come in the perfect time. Also, I hope that you are focusing on what is up ahead for you. However, for some this may be hard to do. Overall, I hope you can celebrate, have some fun, and realize that the best is yet to come. This is a time to pamper and love on yourself. In a nutshell, I hope you can keep positive and not focus on your current circumstances.

Birth parents, this may be a tricky time for you. Currently, you may be trying to figure out what to do. Trust me, the best is yet to come for you. Without a doubt, your answer is right there. There is a perfect adoption plan for you and your unborn baby. Conduits of Love is here for you and I am certain we can help you. Overall, there is so much a ahead of you. I hope you can keep positive, have fun and realize there are wonderful loving options there for you.

While I tell you to have fun, celebrate, and so on, you may ask me, “What does that look like?” In view of that question, how about a few suggestions that I hope could help you. To be honest, I love Christmas movies. I find them relaxing and they put me in a happy place. If you have a variety of your favorite Christmas videos, how about pop some pop corn and have a movie marathon? Or if you do not like Christmas videos, how about you have a movie marathon with your favorite movies? Then, to make it even more fun, have your beloved or your best buddies join you.

In case a movie marathon is not interesting you, another option to pick up your spirits is to go for a massage. I am not suggesting to spend a lot of money, but massages can relax you. Each one of your body’s systems and functions are effected. In fact, besides the muscular system other systems are impacted.  The cardio-vascular, gastro-intestinal, neurological, and endocrine systems can be relaxed. Toxins that are stored up in the body and via a massage, the toxins can be released and eliminated. A massage is also great to increase blood circulation to all regions of the body. Overall, a massage is a wonderful way to treat yourself and experience time away from the hustle and bustle.

Another option for you is to take a walk and get some fresh air. There is truth to getting fresh air and get outside. When we are indoors for extensive times, it effects our chemistry. In particular, when we stay indoors for extensive time frames, you may develop aVitamin D deficiency. A Vitamin D deficiency effects brain cells. Also, a Vitamin D deficiency can increase cognitive impairment. In addition, when we are deficient in Vitamin D, it can cause depression, fatigue, and tiredness. Therefore, to keep our brains healthy and keep our moods more positive, we all need to get outdoors.  I hope where you live you have snow to make it more seasonal and crisp.

Perhaps a movie marathon or a massage or taking a walk are not your things, no worries. Here are a few ideas that I hope you make like. How about going to look at your community’s Christmas lights? If that is a bust, how about going ice skating or sledding, if you are able in your region? However, if any of my ideas are not interesting to you, I am certain you can come up with a list of your favorite things to do. In general, my point is for you to take care of yourself and keep positive. It is vital that you keep a positive outlook and enjoy yourself at this time. Trust me, there is so much ahead of you.

In Luke 2:7, God’s promise came to us in Jesus. ” The Classic Amplified version reads, “And she gave birth to her Son, her Firstborn; and she wrapped Him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room or place for them in the inn.”  Then in verse 11, “For to you is born this day in the town of David a Savior, Who is Christ (the Messiah) the Lord!”

All of us at Conduits of Love send you a very Merry and blessed Christmas,
