Hello Everyone, Healthy Organic Recipe, Spinach, Tomato and Cheese Omelette, for Pregnant Moms and Everyone:
Here is another healthy recipe that I hope our pregnant moms and all of our Conduits of Love family will enjoy. This omelette is super healthy and delicious.
Spinach, Tomato and Cheese Omelette
2 free range eggs
3 tbsp. organic milk
1 cup organic chopped spinach (if using frozen spinach, make certain the spinach is thawed and drained)
1 small organic chopped tomato
2 slices organic Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, add the spinach and tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour slowly into a preheated skillet or frying pan. Swirl the mixture over the frying pan or skillet to be certain to cover the base.
Cook for 1 minute, carefully turn the omelette and cook for 30 seconds.
