Hey Everyone, Healthy Organic Recipe, Berry Smoothie, for Pregnant Moms and Everyone:
I thought I would shift things around today and start sharing some healthy recipes. Yes, I thought perhaps some delicious and healthy recipes would be fun and helpful. Actually, these recipes are designed for pregnant mothers, but nutritionally speaking, they are great for everyone to enjoy. Since I only cook organically, these recipes will incorporate the healthiest possible ingredients. However, if you battle any food allergies, obviously disregard or substitute such ingredients. 1 ripe frozen organic banana
1/2 cup low fat organic yogurt
1 cup mixed organic berries (any combination of berries is great, but I prefer strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries mixed together)
2 tbsp. organic honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender over high speed until well blended. Finally, pour into a glass and bon apetite!
